Professional Growth Plans 

PGP Part 1 DUE September 10, 2012 PGP Part 2 Due June 7, 2013

In the Washington Conference, we believe in choice.  In consultation with the principal, we will allow for personal choices in the supervisory visits.  Attached you will find a menu of possible choices to start your thinking process.  Feel free to select any of these activities, or choose one of your own to complete the section a. requirement above.  Your choice should include 2 elements—professional growth (an activity that will grow you in your professional expertise), and measurement (a mechanism for assessing the results of your activity).

We are asking that you complete your Professional Growth Plan and forward it to your principal and the office of education by September 10, 2012.  Enjoy the satisfaction that comes from activities that enhance your professional performance, then, provide your completed materials to your principal and the office of education by June 7, 2013.

To summarize:
Professional Growth Plans are due at the office of education by September 10, 2012.
Enjoy professional growth and assessments throughout the year.
Submit your Professional Growth Plan Part 2 to the principal and office of education by June 7, 2013.
